Hidden Observers
This quest is part of: The Natives
The quest is activated and completed when you get rid of a small group of enemies living in a cave far to the north. You can do this at any point in the game or, as the authors wrote, according to the scenario that takes place during a trip to the village of the natives with Steel Beard and Patty.
The cave consists of one large corridor - at the end you can find enemies. They are represented by two Hunters and a Pirate - the first will attack you from a distance, and the second will test you in hand-to-hand combat. The narrow location causes some problems when moving, but despite the unfavorable conditions, combat should not be a big problem. The key is not to let the savages throw spears at you while you're taking care of a thug.
The destroyed enemies have several valuable items, so do not forget to search their corpses. Several items are also scattered around the cave. If you don't have a Map of the Storm Coast, take a look at the closed chest - difficulty level: 30.
It is more difficult to fight in a narrow corridor, but an experienced shooter can cope with his enemies in any conditions.
So, two things that might be useful if you entered the cave during The Natives quest:
Instead of fighting in a narrow hallway, you can always lure enemies outside - when Steelbeard and Patty see the approaching enemies, they will immediately engage in battle. This decision has its price. If any of your teammates kill an enemy, you won't get any Glory points for it! The reward goes to the one who dealt the fatal blow.
During the attack, you can use Patty's help without worrying about the possible loss of Glory points. How? It's simple. First, find the enemy's camp (this is equivalent to completing the "Cave in the Passage" quest), and then report to Steelbeard. The pirate will continue on his way, and the girl will join your group. With her by your side, return to the cave. Patty will help you deal with the enemies, and Glory points will be credited to your account.
All this trouble for a few trinkets
After entering the cave and recovering the necessary mineral (find 4 pieces of jade), return to the village of Shaganumbi. If you want, you can ask Hikoko to accompany you on the way back ("Return to the village with Hikoko"), but this is completely optional - you can just return alone. When you meet Kapua and give her the Jade Pieces, she will give you the Jade and the Protection Idol that Slick needs. The quest ends, and all you have to do is talk to the abrasive pirate.
